thyssenkrupp Materials Services GmbH has again set targets for the proportion of women on the Supervisory Board, the Executive Board and its two subsequent management levels for the period after June 30, 2022. The implementation period runs until June 30, 2027.

The Supervisory Board of thyssenkrupp Materials Services GmbH has set a target of 31.25% (five people) for the proportion of women on the Supervisory Board of thyssenkrupp Materials Services GmbH. A target of 25% (one person) was set for the proportion of women on the Executive Board of thyssenkrupp Materials Services GmbH. In March 2022, the Executive Board set the target for the proportion of women at the first and second management levels below the Executive Board of thyssenkrupp Materials Services GmbH at 36.36% (four people) for the first management level and 30.56% (eleven people) for the second management level.
