Why did you choose the steel industry and why thyssenkrupp Materials Hungary?

It was a coincidence that I started to work in the steel industry. It wasn’t a conscious decision. I worked for one of our competitors before, so I came to thyssenkrupp Materials Hungary after I quitted my job there.

What are the daily challenges for someone who chooses to work in such a „tough industry”?

No day is like the other. You can learn and experience something new each day. The market and competitors are changing, you need to keep up to date.

What makes it exciting? What is it that attracts you to this industry or to thyssenkrupp Materials Hungary?

As I’ve said before – there’s something new every day, you can always learn and develop yourself. Besides this, it is always interesting to see what our customers produce from the material that we are responsible for.

How can you best balance work and private life to make time for everything? Is it even possible? What is the secret of your success?

I have found a balance between work and private life. It took me a lot of time and energy, but it’s okay now. I don’t take the problems and tasks from work to home.

Why do you recommend the women@MX initiative to your female colleagues?
So that they can also tell others how they have become successful. Every person has another story.
