What are the daily challenges for someone who chooses to work in such a „tough industry”?

Especially in the few 1,5- 2 years we had to face extraordinary market situations. This why I want to mention as a daily challenge: adaptation to change. Sometimes it is also hard as a female employee to support decision-making in such a male-dominated industry.

My husband’s support is the most important thing for me to make balance and to have a straight line between work and private life.

Why do you recommend the women@MX initiative to your female colleagues?

I recommend it to my female colleagues because it is important to see that women’s perspectives at work can be very different and it can help a lot make the best decisions. This programme helps everybody to see why women are needed in such a “tough” industry.
