Why did you choose the steel industry and why thyssenkrupp Materials Bulgaria?

I’ve been working for thyssenkrupp Materials Bulgaria for many years. It was a great challenge for me to get acquainted with the industry’s specifics.

The steel industry is exciting and thyssenkrupp is one of the leaders in this business.

What are the daily challenges for someone who chooses to work in such a „tough industry”?

To stay calm and concentrated on the job to be done; to find the best solutions to problematic situations we often face.

What makes it exciting? What is it that attracts you to this industry or to thyssenkrupp Materials Bulgaria?

The dynamic of our industry is extremely high. It requires high degree of flexibility and fast reactions. I like this job. If I wanted more relaxed job, I would rather go to other industries.

How can you best balance work and private life to make time for everything? Is it even possible? What is the secret of your success?

It’s difficult to balance work and private life. Being dedicated to your work inevitably affects your private life. It costs more efforts and less sleep.
