STORY

Delicate, filling and melting in the mouth – precisely such a cheesecake always reigned in my home. Mam always began baking this cheesecake with grinding cottage cheese and preparing the rest of the ingredients. In the kitchen you could smell vanilla, fresh fruit, and molten butter. Mam was picking different ingredients to make this cheesecake unique and different each time. A cheesecake recipe is what absolutely every respectable fan of home baking must know. I bake such a cheesecake for holidays, birthdays, and family meetings.

DIRECTIONS

1. You prepare a baking pan by laying down lining baking paper. Crumble cookies in a blender and melt butter. Merge the melted butter with the crushed cookies.
2. Lay it all then at the bottom of the pan, and spread it evenly with a spoon. Place the pan in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. All ingredients for the cheese mass must be at room temperature. Put cottage cheese, pudding vanilla, and pours a cup of sugar into a blenders bowl. Mix that and add one egg. Mix it for a short time until all the ingredients merge.
4. Pour the cottage cheese mass the ‘cookies’ bottom. Place the baking pan into a pre-heated oven. Bake it for an hour at 160 degrees. The baked cake should be cooled down in the oven until it is completely cold. This way, the cheesecake will not collapse.
5. Prepare chocolate icing. Dissolve chocolate water, add cream, and mix it all up.
6. Pour the icing over the chilled cake. Add your favourite fruit and almonds.
7. Enjoy it!
