3/4 cube of butter – 150 g
half a glass of brown sugar – about 150 g
200 g of liquid honey
half a glass of creamy natural yogurt or 18% sour cream – 150g
4 egg yolks
2 teaspoons of baking soda
a teaspoon of cocoa
spices: a teaspoon of cinnamon; a teaspoon of ground ginger; half a teaspoon
each of ground cloves, nutmeg, black pepper, coriander.

Hi,
we are a family from Toruń, a beautiful city in northern Poland. We love our little homeland and would like to tell you a little about it.
Toruń is famous for two things. Nicolaus Copernicus and gingerbread :).
This year is the 550th anniversary of the birth of our great astronomer who „stopped the sun and moved the earth”.
But today we want to invite you to make delicious gingerbread with us, which we bake every year at Christmas or whenever we feel like a delicious snack.
