STORY
To me, sustainability also means maintaining traditions, which is why I prepared the potato soup with marjoram made by my grandmother.
The twist is the homemade smoked sausage made by my mom, which is used to make chips in the oven. This is a very simple dish to prepare, so it doesn’t require a lot of energy. Home-made sausage represents both tradition and cost-effectiveness.
Since there is a lactose-intolerant person in the family, we prepare it accordingly, and also by leaving the sausage out, it can be included in a vegetarian diet, furthermore it can also be easily prepared gluten-free.
